Fitness Coach

Revolutionary Fitness | In-Person | Part-Time (Full-Time Growth Potential)

About This Role

We're not looking for the loudest voice in the room. We're looking for the person who shows up, has a plan, runs a tight session, checks in with every client, and leaves the gym better than they found it, every single time.

This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in doing the work well, not just doing the work. If you're the type who loves a good checklist, takes pride in follow-through, and wants to build something stable and long-term, keep reading.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coaching small group training sessions of people over 50 year old with consistency and precision
  • Occasionally supporting 1-on-1 personal training clients
  • Keeping accurate client records, progress notes, and session logs
  • Following and refining our systems and protocols, and flagging when something could be done better
  • Showing up prepared, on time, and ready to lead a well-organized session
  • Recognizing what needs to be done and doing it, without being asked twice

You Might Be a Great Fit If…

  • You genuinely like structure, lists, systems, and routines, and they are your comfort zone.
  • You take pride in completing tasks, not just starting them.
  • You want a role you can grow into over time, not a stepping stone.
  • You notice the details others miss.
  • You don't need to be the center of attention, but you can absolutely lead a room when it's time to coach.
  • You're looking for stability, not a revolving door.
  • You take initiative; if something needs to be done, you do it.

This Probably Isn't for You If…

  • You prefer a lot of variety and spontaneity over routine.
  • You're looking for a short-term gig or side hustle.
  • You thrive in chaos and find structured environments limiting.
  • Following systems feels restrictive to you.

What We Offer

  • A stable, team-oriented environment where the work is consistent and meaningful.
  • Clear expectations and structure from day one.
  • Part-time hours to start, with a real path to full-time as we grow together.
  • A supportive gym culture where good work is recognized.

Requirements

  • Nationally recognized personal training or group fitness certification (CSCS preferred).
  • Experience coaching small groups or personal training clients.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for helping people reach their fitness goals, methodically and consistently.

Send your resume and a brief note telling us:

  1. How you stay organized day-to-day.
