Community Resource Representative - City of Birmingham

The City of Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Community Resource Representative to foster citizen and community engagement by assisting residents, nonprofit organizations, local officials, and community groups with community development and public health initiatives. This position serves as a liaison between the City and the community by providing information, interpreting policies and ordinances, identifying community needs, and supporting neighborhood improvement efforts. Responsibilities include developing and implementing community programs and projects, maintaining related communications and records, and training neighborhood association leaders on the effective administration and oversight of association activities.
