Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

APT is a well-established pediatric outpatient clinic providing comprehensive services including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health Therapy, and Early Intervention. Our multidisciplinary approach allows our clinicians to work together to provide the highest quality of care while supporting one another professionally.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families and other disciplines, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Review client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Behavioral Health providers, physicians, and other professionals.
  • Provide parent and caregiver education and training.
  • Complete documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and clinic policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Active Nevada licensure (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred:

  • Two or more years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training.
  • Experience in a pediatric outpatient or clinic setting.
