Alliance Workforce Solutions is looking for a Bilingual Applicant Liaison (English/Spanish) to join our Tampa team. This is a flexible opportunity that may begin with a few days per week and grow into a full-time position for the right person based on performance, work ethic, and business needs.

Responsibilities
• Contact applicants by phone, text, and email to discuss employment opportunities
• Conduct applicant screenings in both English and Spanish
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Answer applicant questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, onboarding, and start dates
• Maintain accurate applicant records in our recruiting system
• Assist recruiters with daily administrative and recruiting tasks
• Help create a positive experience for every applicant
Qualifications
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service, recruiting, administrative, or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
