Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare onboarding documents.
  • Maintain confidential employee files.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries.
  • Assist with HR reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written communication.
