Wellness Travel Sales Internship Advisor

Fit4Travel Sales Internship: Inside Retreat Advisor

Location: Remote (US-based) Compensation: Paid, hourly Start: September 2026 Reports to: Erik Aiple, CEO (first 60 days), transitioning to Director of Client Experience and Revenue

About Fit4Travel

Fit4Travel partners with yoga instructors, studio owners, fitness professionals, and influencers to design and operate wellness retreats around the world. We're one of the fastest-growing wellness retreat travel companies in North America, growing 42% year-over-year and outpacing travel companies that have been in business a decade or more longer than we have.

We move fast. This internship is built for people who can match that pace and push it further, not people who need structure handed to them.

Two Tracks — Choose the One That Fits Your Timeline

Track A: Standard (already graduated or graduating December 2026) Full internship, September through November, with a defined path to a full-time offer based on performance. If you've already graduated or you're finishing your degree this December, this is your track.

Track B: Pipeline (graduating May 2027) A part-time internship (~15-20 hrs/week) designed to fit around your final year of coursework. You'll do the same real work as Track A, at a pace that works with your schedule, with the goal of moving into a full-time role after graduation based on performance.

Tell us which track fits when you apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to a defined segment of wellness studios and fitness professionals to introduce Fit4Travel's retreat partnership model.
  • Qualify prospects against Fit4Travel's partnership criteria.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with studio owners and decision-makers.
  • Log every interaction, follow-up, and next step accurately in the CRM, within your assigned account segment.
  • Communicate Fit4Travel's value proposition clearly and professionally on every call.
  • Meet weekly activity targets and participate in a short weekly review of your numbers.

What Success Looks Like

You will be evaluated on:

  • Daily call volume and consistency
  • Follow-up discipline (speed and accuracy of next steps logged)
  • Number of qualified meetings booked
  • CRM data hygiene
  • Ability to problem-solve and improve your own approach without being told twice

This isn't a vibes-based evaluation. You'll know your numbers every week, and so will we.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated; comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls without hand-holding.
  • Detail-oriented, with the organizational discipline to keep accurate CRM records.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems or a fast learner.
  • Genuine interest in wellness, travel, or entrepreneurship is a plus, but work ethic and coachability matter more than passion statements.

What You'll Get

  • Paid, real-world experience in B2B sales and partnership development at a company built around travel.
  • Direct mentorship from the CEO during the internship.
  • Exposure to a team that travels as part of the work: this year, the whole Fit4Travel team is heading to Portugal together, and team members have experienced destinations like Peru, Morocco, and Greece through the business.
  • A clear, metrics-based path to a full-time Sales or Account Management role. Conversion is based on your performance against the criteria above, not tenure or effort alone.
