About Us
Ultimate Ninjas Academy Loveland is a kids' ninja obstacle course gym packed with warped walls, trampolines, rock walls, and every fun thing you wish existed when you were a kid. We host high-energy birthday parties every weekend — and we're looking for outgoing, reliable hosts to make those parties unforgettable.
What You'll Do
You're the face of the party. From the moment families walk in until the last gift bag goes home, you're running the show: greeting parents, leading kids through obstacles, hyping up the birthday kid, and keeping everything safe and on schedule.
A typical 90-minute party looks like:
- Pre-party: Greet families, help with setup, point out where gifts and coats go, confirm waivers
- Floor time (50 min): Lead warm-up, demo obstacles, run the warped wall, spot kids, keep energy high, and make every kid feel like a superstar
- Picture moments: Organize the birthday kid's hero run up the warped wall, lead group cheers, get parents involved
- Party room (40 min): Transition to food, help with plating, manage timing for cake/presents, give wrap-up warnings
- Cleanup: Reset the room and floor for the next party
What We're Looking For
- High energy, loud voice, and a "let's GO!" attitude — you're naturally the hype person at any event
- Comfortable leading groups of kids ages 3–12 and talking with parents
- Reliable and punctual — parties have hard start times and families are counting on you
- Able to enforce safety rules firmly but kindly (think: lifeguard meets camp counselor)
- Physically able to be on your feet, demo obstacles, and spot kids on equipment
- Available most Saturdays and Sundays
- 16+ years old (some shifts may have minimum age requirements based on duties)
No experience required. If you've coached, taught, lifeguarded, babysat, worked summer camps, performed, or just have huge personality — we'll train you on everything else.
