Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (40 hours/week) In person only
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Friendly Connections, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that supports adults with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an in-office position where you will play an important role in supporting our administrative operations, staff, individuals receiving services, and their families.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Assisting with new client and employee intake
- Communicating professionally with individuals receiving services, families, support coordinators, and staff
- Assisting with recruitment and hiring activities
- Posting and managing job advertisements on online hiring platforms
- Screening applicants and scheduling interviews
- Helping maintain employee and client records
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork and administrative compliance
- Supporting our social media interns by helping coordinate content, schedules, and projects
- Assisting with general office organization and administrative projects
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new software and online systems
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
