Are you an experienced behavioral health professional with a passion for coaching others and strengthening outcomes for children, youth, and families? New Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Supervisors to provide clinical and operational leadership to our High Fidelity Wraparound program.

The HFW Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitators, ensuring fidelity to the Wraparound model and the delivery of high-quality, family-driven services. This role supports staff through reflective supervision, coaching, case consultation, and professional development while promoting trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practices.

Working collaboratively with program leadership and community partners, the HFW Supervisor helps ensure Child and Family Teams (CFTs) achieve meaningful outcomes by maintaining high standards of practice, supporting quality improvement, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

In This Role, You Will

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitators
  • Coach staff through all four phases of the High Fidelity Wraparound process while ensuring fidelity to the model
  • Review and support SNCV Discoveries, Plans of Care, documentation, and service delivery
  • Facilitate reflective supervision, case consultation, and professional development
  • Monitor quality assurance, documentation standards, and program outcomes
  • Support Child and Family Team (CFT) processes and assist with complex cases
  • Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered practices throughout the program
  • Collaborate with internal departments, county partners, providers, schools, and community agencies
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and supportive team culture focused on continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed or non-licensed Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) Practitioner
  • Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) or license-eligible candidates are preferred
  • Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, or team coaching experience
  • Experience providing behavioral health, Wraparound, case management, child welfare, or related services to children, youth, and families
  • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
  • Experience with family-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices
  • Ability to mentor staff, support professional growth, and promote high-quality service delivery
