Event Setup Specialist

event setup & logistics specialist (winning ways)


 

compensation:

- flat rate paid per individual setup/breakdown cycle


 

responsibilities:

- safely transport, set up, and tear down 10x10 promotional event booths, including heavy-duty tents, weighted base plates, tables, custom signage, and digital displays (like our event spin tv stands)

- secure all gear using proper weights and tie-downs to meet venue safety standards


 

requirements:

- 18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license

- reliable large vehicle (truck, van, or large suv preferred) to haul all booth materials

- ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently

- flexible weekend availability (early morning setups and late-night breakdowns)


 

goal:

- ensure the booth is fully functional, clean, and gold zone ready before the marketing team arrives on-site
