Board Certified Behavior Analyst -BCBA -$5,000 Sign on bonus

Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services focused on assessment, intervention, supervision, and collaboration to support individuals with disabilities.


 

 

Responsibilities

Clinical Services

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized treatment goals and plans
  • Implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Supervision

  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards

Data & Documentation

  • Collect and review behavioral data
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
  • Document client progress

Collaboration

  • Work with caregivers, teachers, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions

Program Support

  • Assist with administrative tasks and program development
  • Engage in continuing education
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and BACB requirements

Organization

  • Wabash Center- Soar

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • No evenings, weekends, or on-call hours
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification.
  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an ABA clinic setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and client populations.
