Renacer is hiring for a Group Life Counselor I, II, and III roles. These are mid-level, entry-friendly roles, and the perfect launchpad for college students and young professionals pursuing careers in youth substance use disorders, psychology, social work, criminal justice, or human services.

What Will You Do?
You will be a vital part of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing hands-on mentorship and care:
Trauma informed Milieu Management: Monitor day-to-day activities and guide youth through their daily schedules.
Activity Support: Chaperone recreational outings, community activities, and assist during transition times.
Mentorship: Provide hands-on guidance and positive role-modeling for vulnerable youth.
Community Development: You will work alongside our team to enrich the lives of our patients by exemplifying and teaching community-development skills.
