Remote Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Remote Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with social media marketing, and a passion for building engaging online communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Grow brand awareness and increase audience engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create campaigns.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
  • Track competitors and identify opportunities for audience growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with paid social advertising.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with video editing and short-form video content.
  • Certification in social media or digital marketing is a plus.
