About Peninsula Orthopedic Associates Physical Therapy

Peninsula Orthopedic Associates Physical Therapy is part of a respected private orthopedic practice serving the Bay Area. Our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation using evidence-based, exercise-focused care.

Our therapists work closely with orthopedic physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered treatment. We emphasize functional movement, manual therapy, sport-specific rehabilitation, gait and running analysis, injury prevention, and ergonomics.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Perform objective testing, including functional and strength assessments.

Progress patients using evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.

Supervise treatment programs alongside physical therapy assistants, athletic trainers, and rehabilitation aides.

Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners regarding patient care.

Participate in clinical education and mentorship opportunities.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-centered clinical environment.

 

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (or license eligible) in the State of California.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation.

Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
