Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

  • Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches
  • Conduct sessions in person (LA & Ventura Counties) and via telehealth, in compliance with state laws and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and BBS requirements using Simple Practice EHR
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure comprehensive, ethical, and culturally responsive treatment
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities
  • Manage your caseload efficiently while holding clinical excellence and compassion at the center of your work
  • Serve Spanish-speaking clients with cultural competency, linguistically accessible care (bilingual candidates)
