Tennis Counselor and Instructor

Camp Winnebago | Maine | Summer 2025

Love tennis? Love working with kids? Spend your summer coaching, mentoring, and making a lasting impact as a Tennis Instructor at Camp Winnebago! Set on the beautiful shores of Echo Lake in Maine, our program focuses on skill development, sportsmanship, and FUN for campers of all levels.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Tennis Instruction – Teach campers fundamentals, techniques, and strategy through engaging drills, games, and friendly competition.

Develop Skills & Confidence – Work with campers of all levels, helping them improve their serves, volleys, footwork, and match play.

Foster a Love for the Sport – Create an inclusive and high-energy atmosphere, ensuring every camper feels supported and motivated.

Organize Matches & Tournaments – Host exciting camp-wide competitions and special events, making tennis one of the summer’s highlights.

Be Part of the Camp Community – Beyond the court, get involved in camp traditions, outdoor adventures, and team activities, making this an unforgettable summer.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Passion for tennis and experience as a player and/or coach
✔️ Ability to teach skills to campers of all levels
✔️ Energetic, encouraging, and positive leadership style
✔️ Previous coaching, teaching, or camp experience is a plus!
✔️ Love for working in an outdoor, active environment
