We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist with a strong growth and learning mindset to join our team in outpatient orthopedics, with optional home care opportunities for additional flexible income and scheduling.

Our therapists have the opportunity to work in a supportive, non-corporate environment while gaining valuable experience through mentorship from experienced orthopedic clinicians, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS), and close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons who work closely with our clinic.

New graduates are highly encouraged to apply, including candidates currently awaiting licensure. Special mentorship and growth support is available for new graduates and less experienced therapists.

Duties:

  • Physical Therapist will provide PT services at the clinic and optional Home PT services for some hours in a week based on their availability.
  • Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • DPT or equivalent Physical Therapy degree
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ or awaiting licensure
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Friendly, positive, and likable personality

  • Annual Compenstation: 85,000$ to 105,000$
  • Optional Home care visit Compenstation 70$ per hour - you decide your schedule and patient.
  • Required CEU full support valued 1500$
