Chat Support Specialist
Who We Are Positive Behavior Steps is a mission driven behavioral health organization dedicated to providing compassionate support and resources to the communities we serve. We are looking for a friendly and responsive Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team.
Your Role You will be the first point of contact for clients and team members through live chat, helping resolve questions and provide a positive support experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming chat inquiries
- Assist clients with account questions, scheduling, and general support needs
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and resolutions
- Provide clear, friendly, and empathetic communication
- Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or chat support experience preferred
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
- Patient, empathetic, and solutions focused approach
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace
- Must be a US resident
