Pre-Licensed Therapist

Agape Mental Health is seeking compassionate, motivated pre-licensed mental health professionals to join our growing outpatient behavioral health platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for students, associates, and early-career clinicians seeking supervised clinical experience in a supportive and flexible environment while building real-world experience in outpatient mental health care.

We are currently expanding our telehealth and in-person services and are looking for providers interested in working with individuals, couples, families, and/or children.

Position Type

  • Independent Contractor
  • Part-Time
  • Flexible Hours

Minimum expectations:

  • At least 8 hours of weekly availability
  • At least 1 in-person day per week (Saturday can be available)
  • Reliable and consistent scheduling availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy services under supervision
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards
  • Participate in supervision and case consultation
  • Maintain active communication regarding scheduling and client care
  • Utilize the organization’s scheduling and documentation systems

Qualifications

Applicants should meet one or more of the following:

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate counseling, social work, or psychology program
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment

  • Experience with telehealth platforms
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
