Camp Counselor

Camp Runoia has called the shores of Great Pond in Belgrade, Maine home for over 100 years. We're a traditional all-girls sleepaway camp where summers are spent outside, friendships run deep, and staff are the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

As a counselor at Runoia you'll live with and care for a cabin of girls, help lead daily activities, and be a steady, trusted presence for campers all summer long. No two days look the same. You'll spend your summer on the water, in the woods, and doing work that actually matters.

What We're Looking For

You don't need a resume full of camp experience. You need to genuinely like kids, thrive in an outdoor community setting, and show up ready to give a great summer to the girls in your care. College age or recent grads preferred.
