Position Overview
REAL ESTATE 1 LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Payroll Officer / Virtual Assistant to support our administrative and payroll operations remotely.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, maintaining employee records, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate documentation within company systems. The ideal candidate is professional, trustworthy, self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
Assist with payroll preparation and processing activities
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and timesheets
Verify payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
Support payroll reporting and documentation as required
Administrative Support
Manage emails, schedules, and general administrative coordination
Organize and maintain electronic files and confidential records
Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and payroll summaries
Data Entry & Record Maintenance
Accurately input and update employee and payroll information
Maintain organized databases and company records
Review data regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance
Communication & Coordination
Communicate professionally with team members and management
Support day-to-day virtual office operations
Coordinate tasks and follow up on assigned responsibilities
Confidentiality & Compliance
Handle sensitive payroll and employee information with strict confidentiality
Ensure compliance with company procedures and data privacy standards
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in payroll administration, bookkeeping, virtual assistance, or administrative support preferred
Familiarity with payroll systems and accounting software is an advantage
Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and professional remote workspace required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule & Location
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
Schedule: Flexible; availability required 1–3 days per week
Hours: Approximately 10–14 hours per week depending on workload
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $40.00 – $49.00 per hour (based on experience)
