School Operations & Program Development Manager

Healing Hands Massage Institute is a licensed and accredited massage therapy school in Richardson, Texas. We are hiring a School Operations & Program Development Manager to help lead day-to-day school operations while supporting the launch of new educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day school operations, including scheduling, coverage, facility readiness, and operational follow-through
• Lead program-development projects, including continuing education rollout and other new offerings
• Supervise staff, set expectations, coach performance, and support accountability
• Support compliance-related documentation for a regulated school environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in education, healthcare or related vocational profession

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching a new program, department, campus process, or regulated service line
• Familiarity with accreditation
• Experience using AI tools to improve administrative workflows or in an educational setting
