Foresight Health is an AI-native healthcare provider building the future of chronic care. We’ve raised $8.5M in seed funding from Quiet Capital, Susa Ventures, and Neo. In our first three months, we’ve partnered with 11 neurology and endocrinology clinics across 5 states, with capacity to serve more than 5,000 patients, and we’ve built the legal infrastructure to operate compliantly in all 50 states. Our CEO, Tienlan, was sponsored by Masayoshi Son to conduct frontier health AI research at Berkeley.

The Role

As a Patient Growth Specialist, you are the voice of Foresight Health to patients. You are often the first person they speak with about our program.

Contact patients and caregivers to explain Foresight Health's program and walk them through the consent process

Clearly communicate what our program offers and how it benefits patients living with chronic conditions

Follow structured outreach workflows with precision and attention to detail, and help us improve them as you go

Own a set of patient growth metrics (consent rates, scheduled-visit rates, no-show recovery) and hit them

Maintain a patient-friendly, warm, and professional tone in every interaction

Throughout all of this, you'll collaborate with our technology team, giving feedback on our outreach and scheduling tools and helping shape how AI fits into how we reach and enroll patients.

Engagement Details

This is a 2-month contract role, with the opportunity to extend to a 3-month engagement for strong performers.

This role is with Foresight Health Medical P.A., the clinical entity that employs our care team. Foresight Health, Inc. is a management services organization (MSO) providing administrative, technology, and operational support to the practice.
