About the Role
N Zone Sports is looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic Program Coordinator to help oversee and grow our JR sports and cheer programs in the Corpus Christi area.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and children, is highly organized, communicates well, and wants to play a meaningful role in helping youth programs grow within the community.
We are looking for someone who can help support day-to-day operations while also helping increase enrollment, improve communication, and create a positive experience for families.
This is not just a coaching position — this role is focused on coordination, organization, customer communication, and program growth.
Flexible part-time schedule with increased opportunities during Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons.
Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Assist with scheduling and day-to-day program operations
- Communicate with parents regarding schedules, registrations, updates, and program information
- Help manage participant registrations and billing support
- Assist with maintaining organized rosters, attendance lists, and program records
- Support coaches and staff during practices, clinics, and events
- Help oversee smooth setup and operations during program days
Program Growth & Community Support
- Help increase enrollment and participant retention
- Assist with social media updates and community outreach
- Support daycare and community partnerships
- Help create a positive and welcoming experience for families
- Represent the N Zone Sports brand professionally within the community
Event & Seasonal Support
- Assist with youth sports events, cheer programs, camps, and seasonal activities
- Occasional hands-on support during practices, clinics, or game days
- Some light coaching assistance may be involved when needed
Schedule
Highly flexible part-time position.
Summer:
- Limited onboarding and event support hours available
Fall / Winter / Spring:
- Increased recurring hours as programs grow
Typical availability may include:
- Weekday daytime communication/admin work
- Some evenings
- Occasional Saturdays for events or games

Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional with parents and children
- Dependable and responsive
- Comfortable using email, texting, spreadsheets, and social media
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience working with children ages 2–12
- Experience with youth sports, cheer, childcare, education, or customer service
- Social media or community outreach experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
- Part-time base compensation
- Additional bonuses and incentives available based on program growth, enrollment, and performance
