What this actually is
This is a paid, commission-based residency where you'll learn to build and run your own insurance agency from the ground up — with a mentor beside you every step of the way. No guesswork. No figuring it out alone. A proven system, a real income, and a real ownership path.
You'll spend your first phase learning the business — how to prospect, consult, close, and serve clients. Your second phase focuses on building your team. Your third phase? You're running your own book and building toward full ownership.

Phase 2 — Lead others Recruit and mentor your own team. Earn overrides and residual income.
Phase 3 — Own your agency Build a business that runs with or without you. Create a legacy.
