Registered Behavior Technician

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Work Location: In person

 

Overview
Zion Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will work directly with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles while receiving supervision and guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

 

This is a great opportunity for students or professionals interested in ABA, psychology, education, special education, child development, social work, healthcare, or behavioral health.

 

Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
Support clients with communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior management strategies.
Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
Collaborate with families, supervisors, and other professionals to support client success.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements
Experience working with children, autism, or developmental disabilities is preferred.
Knowledge of ABA or behavioral therapy is helpful but not required for all candidates.
Must be able to pass required background checks under state regulations.
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
