Solace Solutions is a client-centered mental health practice in Colorado Springs focused on meaningful, relational therapy. Who We’re Hiring

We’re seeking a Licensed or Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to provide:

• Individual therapy
• Couples therapy
• Child & teen therapy based on your specialty

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals and/or couples
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client needs
• Complete timely DAP notes and clinical documentation
• Attend supervision and team consultation (virtual & in-person)
• Maintain a caseload of ~28 clients/week (full-time)
• Work at least one evening + one Saturday per week

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active registration with Colorado DORA
• Strong clinical skills in trauma-informed care, anxiety, and depression treatment
• Ability to balance independence + collaboration
• Growth-oriented, grounded, and authentic clinicians

✨ Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) clinicians receive additional pay

Compensation

• Pre-Licensed Clinicians:

$37/hour → $40/hour after 90 days

• Licensed Clinicians:

$42/hour → $45/hour after 90 days

• Performance-based annual raises
