Job Position: School Social Worker 2026-27 School Year

Location: Rockford, IL 61107

Pay Rate: W2, hourly; starting at $55/hour (based on experience)

Looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? We’re seeking a School Social Worker to support an elementary caseload in a single-building setting—giving you the opportunity to build strong, consistent relationships with students and staff. In this role, you’ll provide counseling, support IEP teams, collaborate with educators and families, and help create a positive, student-centered environment.

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work



  • Illinois PEL (School Social Worker endorsement)
