Social Media Manager

See You, Doll is seeking a Social Media Manager to support the growth of a developing fashion and lifestyle brand preparing for launch later this year. This is a hands-on role focused on building and executing a strong social media presence from the ground up. The position is ideal for someone who excels at content creation, brand development, and audience growth.

 

Responsibilities

  •  Plan and execute weekly content across social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

  •  Create short-form video content with strong hooks, pacing, and visual flow

  •  Edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar

  •  Select current, high-performing audio and trends aligned with brand identity

  •  Write captions and add overlays that feel complete and on-brand

  •  Maintain a consistent visual and tonal direction across content

  •  Track engagement and adjust content based on performance

  •  Capture or support behind-the-scenes content at events (as applicable)

 

What We’re Looking For

  •  Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

  •  Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content trends

  •  Ability to create content that feels current and engaging

  •  Interest in fashion, visual storytelling, or consumer brands

  •  Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

  •  Self-directed and able to execute quickly

  •  Takes feedback well and can pivot with clear instruction

 

Preferred (but Not Required)

  •  Experience managing or growing a social media account

  •  Portfolio of content (personal or professional)

  •  Familiarity with TikTok or other short-form platforms

  •  Basic photography or videography skills

 •  Familiarity with what is required to build a vibrant, engaging, effective social media presence for a fashion brand

Details

  • Location: Phoenix preferred; remote flexible
  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 8-10 hours per week to start
  • Compensation: Hourly or project-based (based on experience)
