Salary: $20/Hour | 32-35 Hours Weekly

Position Summary
The Part-Time Post-Secondary Pathways Program Associate will support the Program Team in delivering post-secondary readiness programming and individualized student support. This role includes assisting with tracking student goals, supporting workshops, and providing one-on-one guidance to participants exploring their next steps after high school. In addition, this role will also support the Summer Job Training Program by serving as a cohort leader and facilitating select job training sessions, contributing to overall program delivery. This position follows a Monday through Thursday schedule, offering a consistent extended weekend throughout the duration of employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a cohort leader within the Job Training Program, facilitating select workshops using Fiver’s established curriculum
- Support one-on-one check-ins with participants to discuss post-secondary plans and next steps
- Assist in maintaining and updating student trackers for grades 9–12
- Document and track students’ academic, personal, and career goals
- Support planning and facilitation of college access and career readiness workshops
- Organize workshop materials, presentations, and resources
- Conduct light research on colleges, scholarships, and career pathways
- Maintain organized digital records and program documentation
- Provide administrative support including scheduling and communications
- Assist during workshops, events, and partner engagements
- Build supportive and professional relationships with participants
- Collaborate with the Program Team to ensure strong program implementation across both job training and post-secondary programming
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Interest in college access, post-secondary pathways, or youth development
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with youth and families
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across program areas
- Reliable, professional, and collaborative
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Subject to background check
- Required to complete Mandated Reporter Training
