Position Overview

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Can Do Kids, you'll evaluate and treat children from birth through age 21 using a family-centered approach. You'll develop and implement customized treatment plans and document care using our user-friendly, web-based EMR system. We value collaboration, and you’ll have the opportunity to co-treat with other disciplines and contribute meaningfully to a child's overall progress.

What We're Looking For

• Current Tennessee licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or applying.
• A passion for pediatric therapy and making a difference in children's lives
• Professional, organized, and self-driven with strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative spirit and a true “Can Do” attitude
• Critical thinker and effective problem solver
• Willingness to supervise COTA(s)
• Comfort with occasional travel to local schools for therapy support

Location & Schedule

• Primary Location: Can Do Kids, 65 Mouse Creek Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37312
• School-Based Support: Occasional travel to Cleveland City and Bradley County Schools
• Flexible Schedules Available:
• Full-Time (4x10s Monday–Thursday, or flexible including Fridays)
• Part-Time
• PRN (as needed)
