ESG & Sustainable Finance Analyst — AI Training (Remote, US/UK/EU/SG)

Description: IXO is recruiting ESG and sustainable finance specialists to evaluate AI systems in sustainability-linked products, disclosures, and impact assessment. Your rigor will keep AI on the disclosure-grade side of the ESG line — not the greenwashing side.

What you'll do:

  • Evaluate AI-generated ESG ratings assessments and controversies reviews
  • Assess AI accuracy on SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, TCFD, and ISSB
  • Review AI outputs on green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, and transition finance
  • Provide expert feedback on climate scenario analysis and Scope 1-3 emissions
  • Red-team AI for greenwashing, weak materiality reasoning, and disclosure errors

Requirements:

  • CFA ESG, SASB FSA, GARP SCR, or equivalent credential
  • 3+ years in ESG, sustainable finance, or corporate sustainability
  • Fluency with major frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, CDP)

Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week, fully flexible Pay: $80–$140/hr — weekly via Stripe or bank transfer
