Physical Therapist
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our outpatient musculoskeletal practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a diverse patient population with musculoskeletal and functional impairments, with a focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
