Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Shine Pediatric Therapy seeks highly motivated and creative Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team at Shine Pediatric Therapy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about positively impacting children's lives and possess the creativity to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each child. 

1. Conduct assessments to evaluate children's developmental needs and design individualized treatment plans.
2. Implement evidence-based and creative occupational therapy interventions to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall independence in daily activities.
3. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.
4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with the multidisciplinary team.
5. A play-based and child-centered approach engages children in therapy sessions, creating a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.
6. Stay current with best practices, industry trends, and emerging research in pediatric occupational therapy.
7. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to the growth of Shine Pediatric Therapy.

Qualifications:

1. Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
3. Experience in pediatric occupational therapy, focusing on creativity and motivation in therapeutic interventions.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and a multidisciplinary team.
5. Demonstrated adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement in the field.
