Psychiatrist — AI Training (Remote, US)
Description: IXO is recruiting US board-certified psychiatrists to evaluate AI systems in mental health diagnosis, psychopharmacology, and psychiatric treatment. Mental health is one of the most sensitive AI application domains — your expertise is essential to ensuring outputs are clinically sound and ethically grounded.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate AI-generated content on psychiatric diagnosis, DSM-5 criteria, and differential assessment
- Assess AI accuracy on psychopharmacology — antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anxiolytics
- Review AI outputs on psychotherapy modalities, crisis intervention, and inpatient vs. outpatient decision-making
- Provide expert feedback on suicide risk assessment, involuntary treatment, and ethics in psychiatry
- Red-team AI for harmful mental health advice, dangerous medication recommendations, and stigmatizing language
Requirements:
- MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- Minimum 3 years post-residency clinical practice
Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week, fully flexible Pay: $90–$150/hr — weekly via Stripe or bank transfer
