Psychologist — AI Training (Remote, US)
Description: IXO is looking for licensed US psychologists to train and evaluate AI systems in behavioral health, psychological assessment, and mental health care. You'll review AI outputs for clinical accuracy, assess therapeutic appropriateness, and provide expert feedback on how AI reasons about psychology.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate AI-generated content on psychological assessment, therapy modalities, and behavioral health
- Review AI outputs on DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, treatment approaches, and clinical reasoning
- Assess appropriateness and safety of AI responses in mental health contexts
- Provide feedback on cultural competence, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions
- Red-team AI systems for harmful or misleading psychological advice
Requirements:
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) with active US state license
- 3+ years of clinical practice post-licensure
- Competency in evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment
Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week, fully flexible Pay: $70–$120/hr — weekly via Stripe or bank transfer
