Jumpstart Your Career: Part-Time Behavior Therapist for College Students!

Pay: $19–$27/hr + Quarterly Bonuses | Part-Time | Flexible Hours

ABA Squad provides high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. We’re looking for college students who want hands-on experience in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 with children on learning and behavior goals
  • Implement programs created by BCBAs
  • Collect data and assist in parent training
  • Attend trainings to grow your skills

Requirements:

  • Current RBT or willingness to obtain certification (We cover the cost of 
  • Experience with children preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Reliable, positive, and eager to learn

Locations: St. Louis, Farmington, Saint Charles, Festus, Florissant, Bloomfield, MO
Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, after 3 PM
