Essential Functions
- Reviews referrals and other documents coming to the Office of Housing and Cash Assistance (OHCA) for the Extended Family Support Program, Norman Services, the Youth Housing Assistance Program, and the Family Unification Programs to ensure accuracy of information
- Performs complex, specialized clerical support services for the Office of Housing and Cash Assistance, including, but not limited to the keyboarding of highly technical reports and statistical data
- Establishes and maintains files for the Extended Family Support Program, Norman Services, Youth Housing Assistance Program, and the Family Unification Program
- Answers incoming phone calls and greets visitors
- Serves as timekeeper
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school
- Requires 2 years of office experience
- Requires ability to keyboard accurately at 45 wpm
