Forged Athletic is a faith-driven, high-growth startup. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 Independent Contractor role. We are looking for "Hunters" who live in the digital arena and want to build the premier scout network in the competitive gaming and streaming space.

The Mission

You are the "Eyes and Ears" of Forged Athletic in the server. Your mission is to identify the top 1% of competitive gamers and content creators who embody the "Iron Sharpens Iron" philosophy. You will work directly with our Director of Operations and our Design Team to ensure Forged remains the most relevant, gritty, and purpose-driven brand in the gaming world.

Who You Will Work With

Director of Esports Operations: Your direct lead for athlete vetting, streaming strategy, and vertical operations.

Esports Design Team: You will provide real-time feedback on digital-culture trends (streetwear-influence, jersey styles, lifestyle "drops") to help shape our apparel.

The Forged Scout Network: Collaborating with other scouts to establish a presence across major titles (FPS, MOBA, Sports Sim) and platforms.

Your Core Duties

The Recruit: Identify and onboard elite gaming prospects (Collegiate Esports, Pro-Am, Twitch/YouTube Creators) into the Forged Scout Program.

Design Liaison: Act as a bridge between the gaming community and the studio. You report on what the top streamers are wearing on camera and what "looks" are missing from the gaming apparel market.

Vetting & Evaluation: Research creator visibility and character to ensure they align with Forged Athletic’s Christian foundation and values.

Affiliate Activation: Guide gamers through onboarding and ensure they are successfully representing the brand to their communities through unique affiliate codes.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of digital culture; identify rising gaming orgs and "must-have" lifestyle gear before it hits the mainstream.

Who This Role Is For

The Digital Insider: You are a competitive gamer, streamer, or community manager with a deep understanding of the Esports landscape.

The Trend Spotter: You understand "Gamer-wear"—the intersection of comfort, tech-aesthetics, and streetwear.

The Mission-Aligned: You respect our Christian foundation and believe that discipline in the digital space is a form of stewardship.

Who This Role Is Not For

This is not a passive role. If you aren't comfortable initiating conversations with creators or navigating Discord communities to push the brand forward, this isn't the right fit.

Compensation

10% Personal Commission: Earned on all direct sales generated through your personal Scout affiliate link.

5% Network Override: Earned on all sales generated by the athletes/creators you successfully recruit and onboard into the Forged Scout Network.
