Forged Athletic is a faith-driven, high-growth startup. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 Independent Contractor role. We are looking for "Hunters" who live in the weight room and want to build the premier scout network in the fitness and strength community.

The Mission

You are the "Eyes and Ears" of Forged Athletic in the gym. Your mission is to identify the top 1% of athletes, bodybuilders, powerlifters, and fitness influencers who embody the "Iron Sharpens Iron" philosophy. You will work directly with our Director of Operations and our Design Team to ensure Forged remains the most relevant, gritty, and purpose-driven brand in the fitness world.

Who You Will Work With

Director of Gym/Fitness Operations: Your direct lead for athlete vetting, strategy, and vertical operations.

Gym/Fitness Design Team: You will provide real-time feedback on training gear trends (oversized tees, compression, lifting accessories) to help shape our apparel drops.

The Forged Scout Network: Collaborating with other scouts to establish a national brand presence in powerhouse gyms and fitness centers.

Your Core Duties

The Recruit: Identify and onboard elite fitness prospects (Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, CrossFit, Hyrox) into the Forged Scout Program.

Design Liaison: Act as a bridge between the weight room and the studio. You report on the "pump cover" trends and what technical training gear is missing from the market.

Vetting & Evaluation: Research athlete visibility and character to ensure they align with Forged Athletic’s Christian foundation and values.

Affiliate Activation: Guide athletes through onboarding and ensure they are successfully representing the brand through their unique affiliate codes.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of fitness culture; identify rising gym communities and "must-have" training accessories before they go mainstream.

The Fitness Insider: You are a competitive athlete, trainer, or coach with a deep understanding of the lifting and fitness landscape.

The Trend Spotter: You understand "Gym-wear" culture. You know the difference between a trend and a classic, and you know what performs under a heavy bar.

The Mission-Aligned: You respect our Christian foundation and believe that physical discipline is a form of stewardship and worship.

Who This Role Is Not For

This is not a passive role. If you aren't comfortable initiating conversations with athletes or collaborating with designers to push the brand forward, this isn't the right fit. We hire entrepreneurs who take pride in the "Silo" they help build.

Compensation

10% Personal Commission: Earned on all direct sales generated through your personal Scout affiliate link.

5% Network Override: Earned on all sales generated by the athletes you successfully recruit and onboard into the Forged Scout Network.
