Pickleball Coach

Camp Winnebago is hiring a Pickleball Coach to lead and grow our pickleball program for boys ages 8–15. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the game and enjoys teaching and mentoring young players.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pickleball instruction for all skill levels
• Teach fundamentals, strategy, and sportsmanship
• Organize drills, games, and mini-tournaments
• Create a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment
• Support broader camp activities and community

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching pickleball (or tennis with transferable skills)
• Enthusiastic, patient, and great with kids
• Strong communication and leadership skills
