Therapist

Wish Recovery Luxury Rehab & Detox is seeking a compassionate Primary Therapist (LMFT or LCSW) to join our clinical team. Our luxury treatment center provides individualized care for clients struggling with substance use disorders, addiction, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

This role is ideal for therapists passionate about addiction recovery, behavioral health, and evidence-based treatment in a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and group counseling for clients with substance use disorders
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate addiction therapy, psychoeducation groups, and relapse prevention
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Active California License: LMFT or LCSW
• Experience in addiction treatment, mental health, or behavioral health settings
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in substance abuse or co-occurring disorder treatment
