Part-Time Admin Assistant – Mental Health Private Practice (Grad Student Friendly, 2–3 hrs/week)

About Us
We’re a small, warm, and growing mental health clinic based in Denver. We provide thoughtful, high-quality care including assessments, therapy, executive function coaching, and medication management.

We care deeply about creating a calm, supportive, and well-organized experience for our clients.

The Role
We’re looking for someone highly detail-oriented, reliable, and communicative to support a few hours of weekly administrative work.

This is a very part-time role (2–3 hours/week) with flexible, mostly asynchronous work. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and contributing to meaningful work without a large time commitment.

What You’ll Do
Tasks are consistent and structured, and include:

  • Completing weekly billing tasks
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Accounts receivable
  • Tracking payroll
  • Helping keep internal systems clean and up to date

Who This Is a Great Fit For
This role tends to be a great fit for:

  • Graduate students of all types and particularly those in psychology, social work, or counseling
  • Someone interested in private practice
  • A former therapist or mental health professional looking for a very part-time, lower-intensity role

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail (this is key)
  • Proactive communication style
  • Organized and self-directed
  • Reliable and consistent week to week
  • Comfortable with simple systems/tech (we’ll show you what you need)

Logistics

  • Hours: 2–3 hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible, mostly asynchronous (need weekly work completed by Friday EOD)
  • Location: Fully remote, preference for those residing in Colorado
  • Pay: $25/hour

Why This Role Works Well

  • Predictable work
  • Clear expectations and systems
  • Flexible and easy to fit into a busy schedule
  • Opportunity to learn how a private practice operates behind the scenes

We especially encourage graduate students in mental health fields to apply.
