North College Hill Schools are looking for passionate, energetic, and committed coaches to help

develop our student-athletes both on and off the court.

Open Positions:

• 1 Assistant Volleyball Coach – North College Hill High School

• 2 Volleyball Coaches – North College Hill Middle School

Compensation:

$1,500 – $2,500 (based on experience and role)

• Positive energy, leadership, and strong communication skills

• Passion for teaching fundamentals and developing athletes

• Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire student-athletes

• Knowledge of volleyball skills, drills, and game strategy

• Commitment to building a team-first culture

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead engaging, structured practices

• Teach fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship

• Assist with game strategy and player development

• Support student-athletes in athletic and personal growth

• Maintain clear communication with players and staff

Ideal Candidates:

• Previous playing and/or coaching experience preferred

• Experience working with youth or student-athletes

• Background in fitness, training, or conditioning is a plus
