Pine Ridge Behavioral Health is a 12 bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTC) located between the rural towns of Mt Pleasant and Fairview. We focus on mental health and connection of youth between the ages of 13-17.
Our ideal candidate
- Someone who is a minimum of 19 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Willingness to learn new approach to behavior modification
- Ability to bring a calm presence to work every day.
- Certified in CPR and 1st aid
Skill you will develop
- Become trained in and familiar with evidence based practices. We focus on Trust Based Relationships Interventions (TBRi), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Be trained and certified in crisis management and deescalation technique through (Satori SAMA)
- Be a mentor and an agent of change for youth who need good mentor
- Have a working knowledge of Trauma Informed Care.
What you will be doing
- Must do head checks every 15 minutes
- Ensure our residents and staff are safe
- Report any unusual behaviors through the shift
- Model and teach healthy relationships
Full-time/part-time/paid internships
Starting pay is at $14.00- 16.00per hour
We have 5 available
- Grave shift runs from 11:00 pm-7:00 am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
