We are expanding our outreach into primary care offices, positioning FSC as a trusted resource for any patient experiencing back or spine-related pain โ€” regardless of how the injury occurred.

About the Role

As a Medical Outreach Specialist, you will focus on building relationships with primary care providers and their staff, educating them on how FSC can support their patients with back pain.

This is a relationship-first, educational role โ€” not a hard sales position.

Youโ€™ll serve as a local liaison and resource, ensuring primary care offices understand:

  • When to refer patients with ongoing or acute spine pain
  • How FSC simplifies specialty care access

What Youโ€™ll Do

Your day-to-day will be focused on consistent, in-person outreach and follow-up:

  • Visit primary care offices to introduce FSC and build relationships with providers and front office staff
  • Educate offices on FSCโ€™s ability to treat all spine and back pain patients (not limited to personal injury cases)
  • Deliver marketing materials and ensure staff understands referral workflows
  • Build trust through consistent, professional follow-up visits
  • Track outreach activity and office interactions (light CRM or reporting)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure referred patients are scheduled quickly and smoothly
  • Identify high-potential offices and help develop long-term referral relationships
  • Set meetings for the director of sales with practice management and lead physicians

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in healthcare, medical offices, or patient-facing roles
  • Background in sales, hospitality, or customer service
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or related field
