Studio Office Manager

Job Title: Part-Time Studio & Office Management

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Studio & Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a balance of administrative work, client interaction, and business management in a dynamic studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee studio and front desk operations during assigned shifts
  • Greet clients, check them in, and provide a welcoming, professional experience
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage class bookings, scheduling, and client accounts
  • Maintain and organize contracts, waivers, and membership agreements
  • Track attendance, memberships, and payments using spreadsheets and studio systems
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for organization, reporting, and tracking
  • Ensure studio cleanliness, organization, and readiness for classes and events
  • Assist with workshops, events, and special studio offerings
  • Support basic marketing efforts such as posting updates or communicating promotions
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with instructors and staff to maintain smooth operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, organization)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professionalism and efficiency
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Comfortable handling contracts, scheduling systems, and client records

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fitness, dance, or wellness studio
  • Familiarity with booking software (Mindbody, Vagaro, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of business operations and studio management
  • Experience with social media or client communications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, front desk, or similar role
  • Availability for part-time hours, including evenings and/or weekends

Schedule & Hours:
Part-time position (approximately 10-12 hours per week). Flexible scheduling based on studio needs.
