After-School Youth Sports Coach
Golf, Tennis & Pickleball | Part-Time | Twin Cities

Looking for a fun, active part-time job that works around your classes or other commitments?

TGA is hiring energetic, reliable coaches to lead after-school golf, tennis, and pickleball programs for kids across the Twin Cities. This is a great fit for college students, recent grads, student-athletes, education majors, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants a meaningful afternoon job.

No prior coaching experience is required. We provide the training, curriculum, and equipment.

About TGA

TGA stands for Teach, Grow, Achieve. We bring youth sports programs directly to schools, parks, and community spaces, helping kids build skills, confidence, and a love for the game in a fun and positive environment.

What you’ll do

  • Lead fun, engaging after-school sports classes for students in grades K-8
  • Teach golf, tennis, pickleball, or a mix depending on your background and availability
  • Follow TGA’s curriculum and coaching approach
  • Set up and break down portable equipment at program sites
  • Create a safe, organized, and high-energy environment for students
  • Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and the TGA team

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must have reliable transportation to local program sites
  • Must be available during the weekday afternoon window

Pay

  • $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
