This is a part-time on-site role for a Sports Camp Counselor at Kidokinetics of North New Jersey. The Sports Camp Counselor will be responsible for leading sports and fitness activities for children, creating a fun and engaging environment, and promoting physical activity and health among kids.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
Qualifications:
- Ability to reliably commute to various schools, preschools, daycares, recreation centers, and parks throughout the North Jersey Area (required)
- Sports coaching, Physical education, and Fitness instruction skills
- Experience working with children in a sports or education setting
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in children
- Ability to lead and manage group activities
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Background in Sports Science, Education, or related field (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy level and a strong passion for sports and physical education.
- Ability to maintain a positive and supportive attitude at all times.
