Mid-Plains Center for Behavioral Healthcare Services, Inc. is currently seeking a licensed, or provisionally licensed, therapist for the outpatient clinic. This multi-disciplinary program focuses on evidence-based approaches aimed to increase positive treatment outcomes for consumers of all ages.

A $5,000.00 sign on bonus is offered for this position.

 

Outpatient Therapists have flexible scheduling within a 40-hour work week. Clinic hours are 8am-5pm (Monday through Thursday) and 8am-4pm (Friday). The agency provides nine paid holidays.

Outpatient Therapists benefit from specific licensure supervision, collaborative staffing, training on evidence-based practices, professional development opportunities, and paid licensure.

Mid-Plains Center is an approved site for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program; a student loan payment program that pays educational debt in exchange for clinical hours worked.

Mid-Plains Center offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes health insurance (80% agency paid monthly premium); agency paid life insurance; two weeks paid vacation, sick leave, and four personal days per year. Retirement plan contribution begins on the first day of employment

Profit sharing and Quarterly Production Bonuses may be available.

Minimum requirement: Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP).

Salary increase is available for advanced licensure: Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), plus Provisionally Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (PLADC), or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).
